By using Tailor My CV (tailor-my-cv.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Tailor My CV is an AI-powered CV builder. You can create and tailor your CV for free. Downloading the PDF costs 1€ per CV. We reserve the right to change pricing with notice.

3. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of your CV content. By using the service, you grant us a license to process, store, and display your content solely to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe others' rights or violate any law.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not:

Use the service for illegal purposes
Impersonate others or provide false information
Attempt to bypass security, scrape, or abuse the API
Resell or redistribute the service without permission

6. Payments & Refunds

PDF downloads are charged 1€ per successful download. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are handled at our discretion; contact us if you have an issue. We do not refund for failed downloads due to user error.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee job offers or ATS results. AI-generated content may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing your CV before use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, we may retain data as required by law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on the site.
