How we use your data for AI processing
1. What Data We Process
When you create or tailor a CV, we process:
- Your CV content (text, job titles, experience, skills)
- Job descriptions you paste or fetch
- Template preferences and settings
2. AI Processing
Your CV content and job descriptions are sent to AI providers via OpenRouter (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, or other models) to generate tailored CVs. The AI analyzes keywords, structure, and requirements to tailor your content to the job.
3. We Do Not Train AI on Your Data
We use AI only for processing your requests. We do not use your CV content or job descriptions to train or improve AI models. Your data is processed for the sole purpose of generating your tailored CV.
4. Data Retention
Your CVs and related data are stored in our database so you can access, edit, and download them. We retain this data while your account is active. You can delete your account and CVs at any time.
5. Third-Party AI Providers
We use OpenRouter (openrouter.ai) to access AI models. OpenRouter may route your data to providers such as OpenAI (GPT) or Anthropic (Claude). Each provider has its own data processing policies. We select providers that comply with standard data protection practices.
6. Your Control
You may delete your CVs. Deleting your account deletes all associated data. See our Privacy Policy for full details on your rights.
